Other Professional Experience

June 2011: As a Canon Beta Tester and as Head of Film, TV and Digital Journalism Dpt – SAE Institute, organized the first Intensive Canon Filmmaking Boot camp in Aqaba, Jordan with 35 participants.

July 2010: As an Event Manager, organized and produced the SAE Amman 2010 Graduation Ceremony, with a live event including an Award Ceremony and a Live Music segment. The ceremony had Jordan’s Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya El-Hassan as a VIP Guest.

January 2010: Founded the Portuguese Production Company Concept View (www.conceptview.pt). This company has been working with several clients in the audiovisual area in Portugal, including the largest private Portuguese bank – Millennium BCP.

March 2007: Re-elected as representative of Portuguese University students at the Higher Education Council, lead by the Higher Education Minister of the Portuguese Government.

June 2006: Producer and Sound Recordist at Rádio Nova.

May 2006: Re-elected President of the Students Union at the School of Arts of the Portuguese Catholic University.

March 2006 - November 2006: Worked as student representative at the making of the evaluation reports for the higher education system in Portugal, at ENQA (European Network for Quality Assurance) and OECD (Organization for the Economic Cooperation and Development).
